Unbelievable! I just missed it! Looks like it was scratched, though.

There is another one available with Buy-It-Now for $9.99 plus $5.50 shipping:
eBay item #180090277379

That's more than twice as much as the other one would have cost after shipping. Maybe I will try to make him an offer.

Magnum 45 rpm record

Somewhere I have an album (remember those???) of Mike Post's Greatest Hits; and, of course, Magnum is on it, along with Rockford Files, Greatest American Hero, etc.

What I want to know is: What's on the FLIP side of this 45 rpm record?

eegorr, if you get it, please let us know (or maybe you can email seller and ask).

Gumbus Red???

To answer your question golfmobile regarding what's on the flip side of the record.....if you look at the listing there is a picture of the back of the sleeve. If I am not mistaken I believe it states that the "B" side of the record is: Gumbus Red, whatever that is! (???)

What is this ...record that you speak of? j/k :)

That would be pretty cool to have. I think I might have a functioning record player around somewhere...

That is what is keeping me from buying it myself - I don't think I have any way to play it anymore! LOL!

I know that the auction is over for the Magnum 45 RPM Record. I would like to know the price it went for. Was the price in U.S.. British Pounds or in Canadian Funds.

It got no bids, so it ended without being purchased at $4.99 plus $3.22 shipping. But it IS scratched. However, it has been relisted at only $2.99 with the same shipping cost. Those are "American" dollars. So the $8 American would be about 4 British pounds, or 6+ Canadian dollars, roughly. But shipping charges would probably be significantly higher for the UK or Canada (I do NOT understand why shipping to Canada from the US is SO high! They're right next door, not like "across the pond!").

The relist is:

So you're saying that shipping from the U.S. to the U.K. is cheaper that shipping from the U.S. to Canada?

No, I'm saying shipping to/from either UK or Canada is expensive. I would think shipping tofrom Canada to/from US would be cheaper than shipping to/from UK, but it's about the same. Canada might be a little cheaper and possibly slightly quicker. But both are expensive and take a lot of time.

Did I say that right?

Or not...there's still listings out there for $2.99.

I'm not sure what that guy is thinking at $40.
