Anyone else still not seen EVERY episode?
I grew up watching Magnum in the 80s. But I became a teen after season 2 and missed a whole lotta episodes after that. To this day, I still haven't watched every single one. I've probably seen 120 of them in all. I watch and rewatch the same episodes because I like the idea there is still more material out there to discover. I don't know. Maybe when I'm retired, I'll finally finish the series.

I think you have a challenge on your hands.
Sure, we've all been there. It's easy to go back to the safe, to retread the known. But if the unknown were never met, would we be sitting in this great land of hopes and dreams? If the safe way were taken, would chocolate have ever intersected with peanut butter in such a glorious cup? I say thee nay!!
I say it is imperative upon you to challenge your convention. Yea, but to again see Digger, but mayhap that is at the expense of never meeting Sara, Erin, Amy or Mary Elizabeth!! Perhaps it is you who will feel the warm Kiss of the Sabre where others felt it's cold sting!!
Journey with Thomas . . . join him on his path . . . see his many chapters, turn the pages good and bad, known and unknown . . . as Captain Tony once said . . . there's still so much to be done . . .

I've had the entire series on DVD for well over a year now and I STILL have not seen every episode. I have read the episode guides on Magnum Mania and selected which ones to watch base on the synopsis.
On the other hand, there are several which I have watched on numerous occasions.

While I had watched the first four seasons of MPI multiple times during its original run, there were several adventures during seasons five and six I had not seen during their heyday. By season seven, I had quit watching primetime tv altogether, so about 90% of season seven and all of season eight were completely unknown to me.
It wasn't until the early 2000s that I finally caught up with the entirety of MPI. It was actually a lot of fun seeing the show that way, in that some episodes "felt" like the earlier seasons, whereas others were quite different in tone and sometimes even character.

I've seen every episode of MPI at least twice, but I understand the temptation to not watch every episode. This why I don't binge watch anything. When I discover a new series I love, I like to take it slow and prolong the enjoyment!
