Wonderful pics! I think a new mailbox would make a great gift to welcome the estate's new owners.

Ha, I'll go halves with you ... If you decide to ... Plus I have this great Pic, taken by none other than the actor who played "Ivan" which needs a good MPI home to go to ... I was thinking in exchange for a small donation to a Vet Org. plus my Higgins esq. story as to why I have to let it go :-) would be a fair deal ...

ClayMannPi wrote:i visited Pahonu for a few days on my trip last week. the Sunday i went by there were people on the grounds(new owners?). it looks like they were working on the home, and the grounds are being picked up. yard bags filled up, etc. the weeds at road have been taken down and almost all the foliage to the left of the gate. from the water it looks like the chimney was recently painted(diff color for sure) and porch much cleaner from the tarp and things i saw a year ago. this could be good news. here are a few photos.

actually im not sure how to load them from my computer since its asking for a url. ill share if someone can walk me thru it
Many thanks for taking the time and making the effort to load these up ClayMannPi - they are fantastic photos (the sunset over the sea pictures are amazing) :higgins:
