Magnum Workout

#1 Post by Magnum92 »

What sort of excercises could aid me in gtting a Magnum like body?
I am 15 and weigh 75kg.
Replies Appreciated.
Magnum: So far this case had cost me my right to the wine cellar, the last cash in my pocket, and nearly my life. If that clerk was lying to me, I was gonna come back down here and shove that Robin Masters paperback in his ear!

My hubby Jim lifts free weights. He's up to 5 reps of 10 bicep curls with a 30 pound weight so far, every other day. (He started out with 10 pound weights.) He only works on a certain part of his body at one time because he doesn't have a lot of time to devote to it. You also need to decrease your carbohydrate intake (sugar & starches like pasta, potatoes, rice) and increase your protein intake. (LEAN red meat, eggs etc.) For a 63 year old geezer, he's getting pretty ripped and looking smokin' hot!!

Swim, swim and swim some more.

Magnum isn't bulky, but he has lean muscle.

Swimming is one of the best full-body workouts you can do

I used to be a personal trainer/nutritionist.

Magnum's body was fairly skinny while at the same time muscular. Your best bet is going to swim/run and do a combo of weights. Also, your going to want to do a workout that focuses on the abs.

Basically, Magnum had a very well rounded body. To look like him your really going to have to work every part of your body. Swimming would be your best bet to start as it will burn calories and make you lean as well as build muscle.

Well, if you arn't 6'4" we'd have to figure out a way to stretch you. That could be a little painful. If you don't have chest hair, we'd have to find a way to glue some hair on you. The stache shouldn't be too hard, however. ;)

Yeah! Well James I think I might give the stretching a miss and wait and see if the hair grows!

One of the things about Magnum that I like, it that he's always out on his surf-ski or jogging on the beach- generally Mags seems to support a healthy lifestyle...

Maybe buy Men's Health magazine, Magnum92- I see you're in Australia too- they've just started a guide on getting fit for 2008. It's got some pretty good tips on getting your own fitness plan going. So long as you're getting out there every day and watching what you eat, you'll be doing well.

Get a Detroit cap to wear while jogging too! :-)
