Seasons One Re-Released US vs. Europe?

Hi there,

Does anybody knows if the - Magnum P.i. - Season 1 - Box (6-disc) Region-2 in Europe is at the same quality as the US release?

Also, can anyone confirm that the European DVD Release Date is 21. June 2011...Amazon UK is stating 13. Sep 2004 but other sites are stating 2011?

Wasn´t the original US release on doublesided discs? Thats usually not better.
The extras with that Simon and Simon episode is only on the Region 1 release i think.
The release date in Europe was in 2004 or thereabout. Certainly not 2011. I bough mine in 2005 here in Sweden.

Yeah i have the early one. Don´t know if there is any difference. Movies usually get out of print after some time, and gets re-released later on.
