Marvin the comic strip and Magnum P.I.

#1 Post by rubber chicken »

I happened to notice that the comic strip Marvin is doing a series with a Magnum P.I. theme. I think it started on Monday May 2nd and has continued to at least today (the 7th).

Here's a link, and you can click through the following dates to see the rest.

Was that supposed to be funny RC? That was worse than the time when Sherman's Lagoon made fun of Jaws! ;) Comics are rarely funny for me though. I think Bloom County was the last comic strip I laughed at.

Still, it's always good to see Magnum P.I. references in modern pop culture!

I never said it was supposed to be funny. You may have noticed the omission of smilies in my post. ;) I was simply making a report for anyone who might be interested.

After all, if you can write on Magnum Mania's front page about the Magnum theme being used in a Maybelline Falsies commercial I can post in the forum about a comic strip with a Magnum themed storyline. :P
