Magnum p.i. Movie?

I was watching Entertainment Tonight (the April 21st episode) and they mentioned that the cast might be making a movie. Is this true or not?

If I understand you right, you mean the orginal cast? 'the cast'
Well, I think it is not true, since we didn't hear but only dreamed off it.

I haven't heard anything. I would assume something would've leaked out by now if that were the case. Hey, I guess we can all dream!

Probably not true but it does leave us with some hope. I can easily see how they could pull off an epic using the original 4 as secondary characters and the children of TM, TC, and Rick as the primaries. Higgins could be a voice on the phone or a recasted character as he is no longer acting (unless he chose to return which would be great!).

Maybe Luther could send a telegram from his gum shoe resthome in St Louie! :wink:

Hey Everyone! I am a new poster but not new to the site! This is a really great site for Magnum fans!

I was intrigued by the ET post so I looked into it. The case of MPI is reuniting tonight on ET as is the cast of MASH. I doubt there will be any news but who knows? Could be just the opportunity for an impassioned plea by Magnum, Rick and TC.

I remember reading somewhere that Tom Selleck turned down a cameo appearance, but he said that he would be interested in playing the lead.

Would be exciting to find out what's anybody knows about a movie. Hope you all post what happens because I don't have a TV!

Heck! It would be exciting to see them all together in an interview situation...if it lasts longer than three minutes, that is!!
