The Soprano's

Hey, I was watching an episode of the Soprano's the other day and in the background of the scene, there is a TV on and on that TV was an episode of Magnum. Pretty cool. I don't remember what season of either the Soprano's or Magnum it was, but it was the Soprano episode when Christopher kills the guy that he thinks killed his father.

The Magnum scene is the one when TC and Magnum are in the Ferrari and Magnum tells the people they are chasing that they are cops. TC yells "Cops... In a Ferrari?" Christopher stops to look at the TV after he whacks the guy and makes a comment about it.

Did anyone else notice this?

That MPI episode you mentioned is "No More Mr. Nice Guy" from season 4.

I noticed it also. It really suprised me because the Sopranos is my second favorite show of all time and of course, Magnum PI is my number one. I had not seen this Sopranos episode on TV but was watching it on DVD. I just recently bought all the seasons of the Sopranos and its funny that this paticular episode was on the same weekend I'd watched it on DVD.

I have noticed that before as well. Also, if you go to IMDB it will give a list of shows where Magnum has been referenced and this episode is included.
