Write them all down Jody, as am going over there again in February, and hopefully can get some answers to a few of the questions which still puzzle us.Jodykmg365 wrote:I wonder why only one wall was erected there? There are so many questions I have about the estate.
Was this the estate?

It's a practice wall. You hit balls against it to warm up. It would be highly unusual to have a concrete wall surround the entire court.Jodykmg365 wrote:I wonder why only one wall was erected there? There are so many questions I have about the estate.

Higgins: It's not a scratch! It's a bloody gouge!
Wow...I wonder what else we are missing about the Estate.
I still haven't got an email back from the Shriners about our cement slab in the tidal pool thing. They probably thought I was a wacko.
When I'm over there in January too I'm going to do some serious investigation of the Estate. Thorough photo taking this time darn it!

Icepick - Does it ever occur to you that you are always having to bail your friend Magnum out of trouble?

the wall that is in front of the house is a bit of a mystery as well. Is it just decorative? It looks great, but it is funny how it isn't level. In the Red faced thespian, Rick was standing up and the wall was almost to his head, but T.C. was on the other side and it was barely at his waist. I guess the house is built up and the property slopes quite a bit toward the tennis court.
Well Icepick....with you going in January, and me in February we should be able to crack the case of the confusing concrete eh?
I cant wait to see the boat ramp at the nearby park, as I cant believe I have never seen it!
Re being able to check out the grounds, due to the vegetation, its now getting increasingly hard to see much of anything. The state of the boat house saddens me, and I so wish Mrs. Anderson would do something about it. Cant remember what the answer was when someone else previously mentioned the Estate being owned by a Trust, (which it is), but wouldnt you think this all the more reason for the place to be kept up?

I found the picture which shows a better view of the shed. Also notice the bench at the base of the tree to the upper right of Higgins. And inexplicably, a duffle bag is laying on the ground at left. I've guessed that this belonged to a member of the cast or crew and was put there thinking it wouldn't be in a shot. This angle from the guest house is rarely shown.

There sure are. I would love to see the right side area beside the house. It looks pretty heavily wooded compared to the rest of the estate. For a property that is only three acres, it certainly looks much larger.James J. Walters wrote:God, I love that estate! There are so many neat little nooks and crannies.
Thanks for pics RC.
