In the end I watched every episode of the reboot, and I found it to be like other "filler" shows: not great, not terrible, not memorable, not something I'll miss, not something I'll watch again.

CHiPs has one of the best theme songs on TV! CHiPs, ER, Magnum pi (both the original season 1 and later theme songs). Airwolf was pretty good too. And, TBH, I liked The Love Boat theme song too. Yeah, same here. I have gone through the entire series several times, and I do get bogged down in certain areas, but I always come back and I always love it, and it still transports me, as I said in thread on that subject.
