Watching the last two episodes I would've scrapped this episode and had the Big Squeeze in the 19th slot and done more with the last episode dealing more with the characters and less about the case. I had to laugh when Higgins was on the motorcycle going full tilt and then they do a close up and her hair is barely moving. I'm guessing it wasn't extra strength hairspray if you know what I mean.

I agree there is some unfinished business with this crime boss/villain and the last episode makes sense for another appearance by him.
