I watched this today and caught the "ruddy" car comment.
Does anyone know how the helocopter shows up on the grounds at the end? Kinda weird how it got there since they already had TC's van there - and he was in it.....or at least I think he was.

JMHO... I didn't like it because it seemed too condensed. I think this could have been better as a two-parter, giving more time to develop the Wendy character. Reason is, a blood sister dies - and it seems that they just hurried up to solve the case and get to the final chase (to fit it in one episo...

I was 15 when Magun aired. I watched most of the first 3 seasons and then maybe a half dozen episodes since. That includes when it was on TV and then syndicated. So when the DVDs were rolling out, it was really new to me. I picked up at season 1, then got season 2, refreshed, and so forth. I didn't ...

I pulled this off a Days Of our Lives where are they now website.... Jessica Blake Fallon 1980-82) Soon after leaving Days, Jean had two regular TV roles. She played Maggie Poole on Magnum P.I. from 1982-84 and 1986-88 and Caitlin O'Shannessy on the series Airwolf. In 2001, she appeared on the E! Tr...

Episode where Ferrari was stolen
I have all the DVDs, and have seen each episode several times since the 80s and then again with the DVDs.
What was the episode where the Ferrari was stolen? I think it wound up in some warehouse/chop shop. Magnum had to confront some tycoon type about it.
This is really bugging me.
Thanks

I don't and never thought JQH was RM. Besides Doyle and Birdman, the episode where Robin's nephew or whoever shows up to be trained, well, a nephew would have to have seen his uncle at some point wouldn't he? I think in the Big Blow one of the guests knew Robin before, or it was implied. Had the wri...

It would have been a huge risk, probably impossible, and it's selfish to ask this, but I would have liked to see a followup series (even just 1 season) called "Magnum USN". Then tie in a plot line that encompasses all the characters and ties off all the questions from the PI series but runs the enti...

I think Magnum PI was successful because the show exploited so many issues that were around in the 80s. Hawaii has changed a lot in the last 20 years. MLB changed a lot in the last 5 years. The 80s had this whole aerobic fitness thing going on. The new leisure activity for men today is golf. I can h...

I'd probably do the same as others mentioned - fix up the place to match what appeared in the show - 80s decor and all. The guest house I always thought was weird. Go up the stairs to the door and then go back down stairs once inside. I think that was the way to best use the space under the stairs f...

First post here. The writer seems to forget this was a TV show, at a time when everything else has been done several times over. I would hardly call this a chick show. There was humor, emotion, suspense, and the occasional episode that would leave you thinking about what you just saw. And in a way i...
