I found another Drone video of the Pahonu estate with the construction almost completed. It shows a good overview of the entire estate grounds.
I'm happy they preserved Magnum's :Guest House" at least.

Obama and Nesbit split the estate into 2 separate lots. Two new residences were built. The gate house and boat house were preserved.

That would be spectacular! I guess we’ll never know though.

Just found a recent video of the nearly completed Obama estate at Pahonu. For me, the best thing about the video are some views of the restored Magnum Guest house/boat house. I'm happy to see it was preserved relatively unchanged from the outside.

Thanks for the compliments. I remember how surprisingly sad I was when I read about the estate house being demolished. I'm still sad about it.
