The one thing that really pisses me off about this episode is the war was based on a freeking lie. Deep state just wanted another war. Lots of money is made in war. Thousands of lives wasted for no reason. Bastards.

Watching this episode last week, I realized that "these five urchins" are in their mid-to-late 50's now. Wow, that really underlines its been 40 years! I always thought those kids were adorable - they reminded me of my nieces - especially when they interacted with Hillerman and called him "Huggins"...

I was watching on and off an episode of Barnaby Jones from 1975 the other day and it featured Eileen Brennan. In that episode she played a woman who gave up her daughter for adoption except the daughter was looking for her. It was the opposite of the MPI episode.
