Also, I might have mentioned this before, but when the chopper lands at the prison, I wonder why they didn’t just push Higgins out before Lyden got in. That would’ve given the bad guys more elbow room in the chopper and a greater advantage in numbers. I understand why Lyden wanted to hang on to Higgins after they crashed on the island, since that sweetens the pot to lure Magnum there, but the two hired thugs didn’t know Higgins was a friend of Magnum’s.
Haha, wait, I think I just answered my own question. If Higgins was pushed out of the chopper at the prison, he could’ve identified the villains to the authorities. Well, but not if they shot him…
