I'm going to spend the day alone on the ocean. I know, the First should be spent with your buddies, drinking wine and eating smoked salmon at the lacrosse game or hopping into a potato sack with your best girl or barbecuing the backyard with your folks.
Maybe for most Canadians.
For me, the First has always been a day to spend alone.
