This is good for relaxing when you need something calm and heavenly:

I originally heard it years ago on a video that had a slideshow with some nice infra red photography that suited the music perfectly... pictures like this:

Unfortunately, that video is gone.

Good choice, not unlike Mad Kudu Buck, Steve sometimes needs to just sit back, relax and come up with more of my "If I ruled the world" solutions...........Enjoy:

You want to get chill? Check this guy out. I am notorious for playing this late night on vacation or at a party, when most have fallen out and there's just a few left by moonlight or the fire.

I don't know if you ever saw Get Out last year but this makes me think that when and if we ever have the Tiki Bar get together you are going to play this while stirring a tea cup and send us to the "Sunken Place"

I was surprised how great it was. I'm thinking it should be coming up on cable pretty soon......

I was having a bit of a day yesterday so I needed something to aurally take me to my Happy Place . . . Epcot's World Showcase. This is an hour+ hit play and leave it of music leading up to and including the IllumiNations fireworks show, one of the more moving things I have seen. I know it sounds a bit corny but it's true The world would be a lot better place if the UN handled things in the way the World Showcase is set up, each country sharing the food and drink and atmosphere that makes them special and makes up their identity.

I could just sit in that park and let the days roll by . . .

I had to look up "World Showcase". It sounds a bit like a low budget version of the amazing World's Fairs that you never see anymore.

1893 Chicago World's Fair. I have a picture book from 1893 and it's mind blowing the number of impressive buildings and structures that couldn't possibly be made today, over 100 years later. Each country had its own impressive (and gigantic) display, showing off their individual culture.

If they did that now, each country would have a corporate display - a gigantic Gap store or a Starbucks.

Most of those stunning buildings were just facades on wood and were torn down immediately after the exposition. That gold statue is still standing and our Museum of Science and Industry, which was a real building, still remains. It would have been nice if they had kept all of the canals and lakes but alas, they are gone as well.
