I watched the Starsky and Hutch (1975) pilot last night and it wasn't until the end credits that I learned that Larry Manetti appeared in it! I don't recall seeing him--he's listed as having played a character named Stan.

Thought I would post Larry Manetti's photo here in his thread instead of just in the reboot talk thread...

Larry's selling his Loop condo and the article says he has a role in the reboot.
Looks like he sold it. I wonder what role he will have in the reboot. Someone mentioned it may be the character he plays on H-50.....
I gave up on Hawaii 5-0 a few years ago. When was the last time he appeared?
He was in the one when Aunt Deb (Carol Burnett) dies in January 2016. That was also the last time Taryn Manning appeared as Steve's sister.

Last time in 2016 (episode 6.12). He appeared in six episodes so far: 3.17, 4.09, 4.21, 5.08, 6.10, and 6.12. Everything indicates that Kimee Balmilero will appear in Magnum P.I. as Noelani, a character from Hawaii Five-0. And she has a bigger role there, because she has been in the regular cast in season 8. So you can safely assume that Larry will also repeat the role from Hawaii Five-0.
I'm not seeing this pic posted in L.M's thread.....
I'm guessing the 928 is the one Selleck gave him, but I don't remember hearing Larry owning a Mondial as well as his 308 from the show.

Hi Kenji!
I tried to find evidence of him purchasing/owning the Mondial and this is the only thing I could come up with. This was posted on The Hollywood Garage facebook page, which is a massive collection of Hollywood Stars' pics with their cars. I also came across another pic of LM standing closer to the camera with his arms crossed... I wonder if this was for a magazine/news story??
Thanks RG!
Yeah, it does look like a magazine or news story type of pic.
Well, it sounds like he had at least 2 Ferraris in his stable then.

Regarding Aloha Magnum.....
I finally found an affordable used copy of Larry's book - like $20. It was actually signed. I read it end to end in one sitting, and while I was hoping for more of a look into the show, it was still ok. You have to search really hard to find a copy that isn't over priced. It's a good book, but I wouldn't recommend paying more than $30 for a used copy.

I bought Larry's book from him directly a few years ago. I wanted Larry to have the money. I don't think I payed all that much.
Autographed and new...

Since I have been a real good boy this year I am thinking my wife will get me a copy for Christmas. I hope she buys it direct from Larry's web page because the Amazon copies are outrageous. Everyone thinks they are out of print but Larry's web page says there is a limited print possibility.
