Found a video of the property how it looks like now
Let me know if you have any questions. I have a 3D SketchUp model of the whole estate based on the survey plat done for the sale and property tax records of the various structures’ dimensions. It also includes accurate elevations from the plat.chrisi987654321 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 12:49 am Hi guys,

Why is the grass so tall? It's like a sugar cane field out there. Kenji hasn't been doing his job.chrisi987654321 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 12:49 am Hi guys,

Glad you enjoy! The grass in my model is the opposite from this model, a flat carpet that looks like grass really.JosipCro wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 5:51 pmWOW!!chrisi987654321 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 30, 2023 12:49 am Hi guys,

Actually, in looking closer at this model, the courtyard grass is similar to mine. It looks like the plantings around the courtyard are also what we are seeing outside the courtyard wall, not grass.
Thanks! I have actually seen those photos before. It was from the period after the property was sold but before demolition. Everyone was wondering what was coming next. They put up new black chainlink fencing but it continued to fall into disrepair. The entrance drive was almost completely overgrown with grass as the estate just sat unused and falling apart.JosipCro wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 8:53 pmPahonu wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 8:10 pmGlad you enjoy! Pahonu, you really did a great job with the Robin Nest model!
One more thing, I recently saw in a FB group photos of a property that I have not seen before if I remember correctly. I contacted the man who posted them, but he has not yet responded to my message.

I believe that there must be someone, somewhere, who has photos inside the buildings. What do you think?Pahonu wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2023 2:19 pmThanks! I have actually seen those photos before.
